General overview
Do you want to invest with the Pros? Then don’t look any further, Crypto Excellence is the place to be. In order to streamline the investing experience a tiering system was added to Crypto Excellence. Thereby providing investors with little starting capital a chance to join through a raffle, while also providing ‘whales’ with large capital exclusive deals and large allocations.
In this article we will dive deeper into the different Tiers, provide you with a step by step guide on how to acquire CE tokens, where and how to get a special CE NFT, how to join the Tiers and lastly who you can contact for help.
Tiers
There are currently four tiers that provide you with a guaranteed* allocation and one raffle tier. Your personal tier depends on the amount of CE tokens or the special type of NFT you hold in your wallet. Each tier has access to their very own discussion channel, special to their respective tier members to discuss upcoming pools or converse about projects.
-Tier one (Professor)
Our highest and most exclusive tier is tier one, the Professor Tier;
Requirements: 15000 CE tokens OR the ownership of a Professor NFT
Benefits: Professor entrants get access to exclusive deals that are not publicised to other tiers, it often involves deals for widely sought after projects or sensitive deals rarely found elsewhere. These deals occur bi-weekly or once every three weeks. Professor entrants get an individual allocation ranging between $5000-$15000 in all non-exclusive pools as well as a 12 hours head start on any unfilled allocation.
-Tier two (Doctorate)
Following the Professor Tier there is tier two, the Doctorate Tier;
Requirements: 7500 CE tokens OR the ownership of a Doctorate NFT
Benefits: Doctorate entrants get an individual allocation ranging between $2500-$7500 in all non-exclusive pools as well as a 6 hours head start on any unfilled allocation.
-Tier three (Graduate)
The third tier with guaranteed* allocation is the Graduate Tier;
Requirements: 2500 CE tokens
Benefits: Graduate entrants get an individual allocation ranging between $1000-$5000 in all non-exclusive pools as well as 3 hours head start on any unfilled allocation
-Tier four (Student)
Lastly, the final tier with guaranteed* allocation is the Student Tier;
Requirements: 1000 CE tokens
Benefits: Student entrants get an individual allocation ranging between $500-$2000 in all non-exclusive pools.
-Raffle tier (Sweep)
Finally, there is a lottery based tier, the Sweep Tier;
Requirements: 100 CE tokens
Benefits: Sweep entrants get one ticket per 100 CE tokens they own. For most non-exclusive deals a raffle is held where up to three winners get to participate with the Student Tier for the current deal. You can increase your chances of winning by holding multiple hundreds of the tokens.
How to buy CE tokens?
In order to participate in the deals and join the tiers you will need to have some CE tokens in your personal wallet. Underneath a step by step guide will be provided to help you through this process.
-Step 1: Personal Wallet
If you already have a personal wallet and know how to use it, you can skip this step.
To start off you will need to setup a personal wallet such as Metamask or Trustwallet. In the current example we will use Metamask. To install Metamask you will need to go to https://metamask.io/
-Step 2: Connect your Wallet to the Discord server
Join our Discord Server through; https://discord.gg/cryptoexcellence
-Step 3: Add CE Token address to Metamask
The next step is to add the CE token contract address to your Metamask wallet. What I found to be the easiest way to do this is by going to https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/crypto-excellence.
-Step 4.1: Buy CE Token
IMPORTANT: Make sure there is USDT and ETH in your Metamask wallet on the ERC-20 network!
If you click on ‘Markets’, or scroll all the way down on the Coingecko page, you can see on which markets CE is currently trading. By clicking on the trading pair ‘CE/USDT’ it will bring you directly to the correct Uniswap page. https://app.uniswap.org/#/swap?inputCurrency=0x8f12dfc7981de79a8a34070a732471f2d335eece&outputCurrency=0xdac17f958d2ee523a2206206994597c13d831ec7
After connecting your wallet to Uniswap you will be able to buy or sell CE tokens. Although the direct trading pair is between USDT and CE, you can also trade other assets listed on Uniswap for CE tokens. In that case a higher gas fee will be charged as Uniswap will first have to trade those assets for USDT and then into CE.
Another option is to try your luck in the #otc-ce-nft channel, where you might be able to buy the tokens directly from another person, saving you both from price slippage and gas costs. Once you and your counterparty have come to an agreement you can contact Excellence Officer to conduct the escrow. Instructions for this are the same as for “How to buy CE NFT?”.
-Step 4.2: How to buy CE NFT?
If you would like to join the Doctorate or Professor Tier you can do so by buying the necessary amount of tokens, or by purchasing one of the NFTs from a current Doctorate/Professor NFT owner.
To purchase an NFT you can take a look in the #otc-ce-nft channel, this is a channel where people can post WTB (= want to buy) or WTS (= want to sell) offers for NFTs or CE tokens.
Accessing the Tiers
Once you have acquired the necessary CE tokens or NFT to join your respective tier, the bot you connected the wallet to in step 2 will automatically update your role and grant you access to the channels available to your Tier.
